There’s no one correct answer to this because vape sizes differ, and so does their number of puffs. Ideally, one millilitre of vape juice contains about 100 puffs, and this is about ten cigarettes.
So, for one cigarette you are getting around 10 puffs of vape. Remember that our focus is on the number of puffs and not on nicotine strength.
These results aren’t fixed, because not all e-juice have the same consistency, but it’s just to give you a rough idea of what to expect.
If you are using a vape with low or no amount of nicotine, you’ll have to vape more juice to get the same level of nicotine as you would a cigarette.
